2. What differentiates "Maybe It’s Me: A Blueprint to Achieve Peace in Your Life" from other books in its category?
"Maybe It's Me" approaches stress and life management from a personal experience perspective. It takes a less analytical and a more practical approach to handling the stressors of everyday life.
3. What inspired the development of this book?
After surviving a death-defying incident as a result of stress as well as being told by my nurse, “I was one of millions of individuals who are subject to pathological effects if I didn’t learn to curb the stressing in my life.” Through my quest for answers to my health-related problems, I began to develop the “Blueprint of Life Concept.” Some years later I had an epiphany. It came to me in voice that “the only way to truly reduce your stress is -- you must achieve peace.”
4. What resources did you reference to write this book?
The main resource I used is L-I-F-E! As they say, ‘Experience is the best teacher,’ and I felt that my personal experiences would add credence to the project. I referred to many different resources such as books related to stress as well as medical studies.
5. How long did it take you to complete the project?
If you include my college years, from which a lot of my experiences come, it took me slightly more than 14 years to complete "Maybe It’s Me."
6. Describe the Blueprint of Life Concept.
The Blueprint of Life Concept is a 5-Step Process. Life is about strategy, development, and execution. While the road of life will always have its unexpected twists and turns, one can navigate through these experiences healthily and smoothly with thorough awareness. You must first re-examine, 2nd renounce (ego-self), 3rd go with truth, 4th go with right, and 5th develop a plan or philosophy.
